Our work
We specialise in brand strategy and design projects that require more than a facelift. Our strengths are in defining purpose and positioning and then visually and verbally articulating propositions that differentiate, resonate and ring true with customers.
Here are some examples of projects we are working on right now…

Creating a global leader in remotely gathered geo-data
Our client, a global leader in geo-data, is investing in its rapidly expanding fleet of unmanned surface vessels (USVs) and needs a sub-brand and clear value proposition to reinforce its leadership position in remote geo-data gathering, amidst increasing competition in a rapidly expanding marketplace.
We are working on the value proposition definition, brand positioning, naming and identity for this innovative business, using our AI tools for research, name validation and cultural screening.
We expect to unveil this brand in March 2026.
Reinforcing three leading UK infrastructure services brands
With the Future Homes Standard being announced shortly, change is sweeping through UK housebuilding and construction. Our client, one of the UK's leading infrastructure services companies, has many opportunities to grow, but needs sharper value propositions and new brand names for several of its businesses to consolidate its lead.
Working with the boards of each division, we have deconstructed existing value propositions and rebuilt them for three of the group's companies, using our methodical five-step process, aided by Third Lens AI toolsets.
An intensive series of agile projects resulted in three new, precise and differentiated brand propositions, articulated in 100-word, 50-word and strapline formats, plus new brand names for two of the divisions and a product naming architecture for their B2B2C business.

Rebranding one of India’s leading property developers
Corporate restructuring often requires the rebranding of subsidiaries. With a fast growing real estate division seeking to reposition as India’s leading sustainable housebuilder, we were called in to create a new name to reposition this division as an independent, far-sighted developer with its roots in the community.
We applied Third Lens®, our strategic AI branding agent, to help us identify themes and Sanskrit roots and morphemes (the smallest meaningful components of words), to build name concepts and compounds combined with English, Latin and Greek prefixes and suffixes. In double-quick time we presented 20 names, all screened for trade mark, domain and social media availability and tested for pronounceability, linguistic meaning and double-meanings.
The next steps are to bring this new brand to life…
A new name for a global gaming powerhouse
One of the world's largest gaming and entertainment groups needed a new name to signal change following a global strategic restructuring.
With well-known video gaming titles, studios and franchises, our client was looking to rebrand with a new group name to support its expansion into broader entertainment, leveraging its existing video gaming titles, studios and franchises.
In a rapid, agile process we assessed existing naming candidates and explored a wide range of new naming themes, rigorously screening each name for trade mark and domain availability, linguistics, meaning, double-meanings, pronunciation and social media handles. Active in over 200 markets worldwide, the new name had to work everywhere.
With over 40 names screened we worked with the client team - comprised of marketing directors and studio heads - to shortlist 20 candidates to discuss with the CEO and board, weighing up the strengths and risks of each candidate, using objective scorecards to reduce subjectivity.
The final name choice underwent further validation before trade mark applications were made around the world and domains and social media handles acquired.
The new name will be announced in April 2026.
